CBS News Bay Area: San Jose homeowners now can sell their ADUs

San Jose, CA is spotlighted as the first city to. implement AB 1033 which allows for the separate sale of ADUs. Casita Coalition Board Chair, Rafael Perez, joined elected officials at the property of a local homeowner who intends to sell his ADU to family.
