Casita Coalition welcomes Shannon Guzman of AARP's Public Policy Institute to share highlights from her recent paper "Expanding ADU Development and Occupancy: Solutions for Removing Local Barriers to ADU Construction". 

Shannon will break down the four categories of common local barriers and share solutions that ADU advocates have used to overcome these challenging obstacles and successfully expand access to ADUs in their communities.
