Casita Coalition board member Louis Mirante is back with an update on 2023 changes to ADU law in California and what it means for ADU practitioners and for folks planning to build their own ADUs. Jared Basler, Casita’s new Policy Director, will join Louis to review the new small housing bills currently under consideration by state lawmakers. Come celebrate the recent wins and get a glimpse of what’s ahead.
