2024 Webinar Series- Building the Middle

In 2024, we followed up on the impactful conversations from our Build the Middle national convening and brought together subject matter experts to explore promising solutions and collaborations with potential to power up middle housing benefits statewide. ADUs and other middle home types—duplexes, triplexes, cottage courts, townhouses, and mid-rise multifamily—make neighbhorhoods more inclusive, resilient and affordable. To expand equitable access to middle housing statewide, Casita Coalition and our mission partners are working to improve financing, awareness and implementation.
